Heated Rear Window Glass for Mini Cooper Cabriolet R57 (2009)

I am looking for a heated rear window glass for a Mini Cooper Cabriolet (R57), model year 2009.
This is the large heated glass panel that is bonded into the fabric convertible roof (soft top).

If the glass is not available as a separate part, I would also be interested in purchasing a complete soft top assembly with an intact rear glass.
